カレンダーのつなぎ方

  1. Apple TV のメニューで「カレンダー」→「カレンダーをつなぐ」を選びます（時計の横のカレンダー欄にも QR コードが出ます）。
  2. スマホのカメラで QR コードを読み取ります。
  3. スマホに出る番号が、テレビの番号と同じか確かめて「同じです」を押します。
  4. Google でサインインし、「カレンダーの一覧」と「予定」の2つにチェックを入れて許可します。
  5. テレビに戻り、表示するカレンダーを選びます。

よくある質問

QR コードを読み取れない

スマホかパソコンのブラウザで pair.clockgallery.app を開き、テレビに出ている6桁の番号を入れてください。番号は10分ごとに新しくなります。

LINE などで開いたらサインインできない

アプリの中のブラウザでは、Google がサインインを止めることがあります。メニューから「Safari で開く」（Android は「Chrome で開く」）を選んでください。

「カレンダーを読む許可がありませんでした」と出る

Google の画面で、チェックを外したまま許可した場合に出ます。「もう一度サインイン」を押し、2つともチェックを入れてください。

会社・学校のアカウントでつながらない

Google Workspace の管理者が、外部のアプリからのアクセスを止めていることがあります。管理者の方に次のように依頼してください。

管理者の方へ：Google 管理コンソールの「セキュリティ」→「アクセスとデータ管理」→「API の制御」→「アプリのアクセス制御」→「サードパーティ製アプリのアクセスを管理」で、Clock Gallery を「信頼できる」または「制限付き（Google カレンダーへのアクセスを許可）」にしてください。Clock Gallery が求める権限は、カレンダーの一覧と予定の読み取りだけです。

予定が古いまま／更新されない

予定はおよそ15分ごとに取り直します。すぐに反映したいときは、メニュー「カレンダー」→「今すぐ更新する」を選んでください。2時間より前の予定のままのときは、カレンダー欄の右下に最後に取れた時刻が出ます。

「カレンダーの許可が切れました」と出る

Google 側で許可が取り消された、6か月使われなかった、管理者が制限した、などで許可が切れると出ます。もう一度つないでください。

つながりを解除したい

メニュー「カレンダー」→「接続を解除する」を選ぶと、Google の許可を取り消し、テレビの中の予定を消します。Google アカウントのサードパーティのアクセスからも取り消せます。

Apple のカレンダーや Outlook は使えますか

いまは Google カレンダーだけです。Apple のカレンダー・Outlook は準備中です。

Connecting your calendar

  1. On Apple TV, open the menu and choose Calendar → Connect calendar (a QR code also appears in the calendar area beside the clock).
  2. Scan the QR code with your phone’s camera.
  3. Check that the number on your phone matches the one on your TV, then tap “Yes”.
  4. Sign in with Google and allow access, ticking both “calendar list” and “events”.
  5. Back on the TV, choose which calendars to show.

FAQ

I can’t scan the QR code

Open pair.clockgallery.app in a browser on your phone or computer and enter the 6-digit number shown on your TV. The number changes every 10 minutes.

Sign-in fails inside LINE, Instagram, etc.

Google may block sign-in in in-app browsers. Use the menu to open the page in Safari (or Chrome on Android).

“Calendar access was not granted”

This appears if a checkbox was left unticked on the Google screen. Tap “Sign in again” and tick both boxes.

My work or school account won’t connect

Your Google Workspace administrator may block third-party apps. Ask them to:

For administrators: In the Google Admin console, go to Security → Access and data control → API controls → App access control → Manage Third-Party App Access, and set Clock Gallery to “Trusted” or “Limited (allow access to Google Calendar)”. Clock Gallery requests read-only access to the calendar list and events.

OAuth client ID: (to be published at launch)

Events are out of date

Events are refreshed about every 15 minutes. To refresh now, choose Calendar → Update now. If events are more than 2 hours old, the last update time appears at the bottom right of the calendar.

“Calendar access has expired”

Access ends if it was revoked in Google, unused for 6 months, or restricted by an administrator. Please connect again.

How do I disconnect?

Choose Calendar → Disconnect. This revokes Google’s permission and deletes events stored on the TV. You can also revoke access from Third-party access in your Google Account.

Apple Calendar or Outlook?

Only Google Calendar is supported for now. Apple Calendar and Outlook are in preparation.
